We are partnering with a large homebuilder who is looking to add an MLS Coordinator to their team!

Pay: $24.03-$26.44

Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM (In-office)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized MLS Coordinator to support our Tampa Division. This is an entry-level, administrative role ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly while supporting our sales and marketing teams.

This position plays a key role in managing MLS listings, maintaining accurate home data, and providing general office and receptionist support in a fast-paced homebuilding environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Enter and maintain home listings in the MLS system with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Update pricing, statuses, photos, and descriptions as homes progress through the build and sales cycle.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and construction teams to ensure listing details are current.
  • Upload and organize photos, documents, and marketing materials for listings.
  • Assist with basic reporting and tracking of listing activity.
  • Provide general administrative and receptionist support, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and supporting the office as needed.
  • Help ensure a polished and professional experience for both internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of administrative, office, or customer-facing experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Comfortable working with systems and data entry (MLS experience is a plus).
  • Clear and professional communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.
